For too long, when we thought about fitness, the focus was on macros. The science of nutrition, and especially performance nutrition, has come a long way since then. My education (Masters in Exercise Science) taught me that maximizing performance requires a more holistic approach. It’s about cultivating energy and supporting concentration, elevating mood and promoting the endocrine system through an eating regimen that incorporates micro- and macronutrients, pre- and probiotics, that nurtures gut and brain health.

Through Eat Like A Legend, I’m doing the work for you, so you don’t have to worry so much about the math behind it, and can focus on the taste and joy of food.
