What makes me the expert, and how I can help
A master’s degree in exercise science, combined with experience working with elite athletes as a performance chef and cooking for strangers around the world, has given me a wealth of knowledge and insights.
Everyone associates the idea of performance with athletes, but in our own way, we all perform, every single day. Whether you’re training for competition-level sports, teaching school kids, smashing that big presentation or taking care of your children, you need energy and focus — a healthy body and mind.

Eating for performance means choosing foods that prepare you for the tasks that make your life full and happy. To be our best, we need to feel our best. And what we eat plays a huge role in how we feel.
My education has taught me that maximizing performance requires a holistic approach. It isn’t just about building muscle mass. I focus on cultivating energy and supporting concentration, elevating mood and promoting the endocrine system — through an eating regimen that incorporates micro and macronutrients, pre and probiotics that nurture gut and brain health.

Coq au Vin Blanc is a traditional French dish usually made with rooster or chicken in a red wine sauce. In this version, we’re using a dry white wine, mushrooms, and greens. This dish is rustic and comforting, yet very simple to make.
