G’day Legends! What a whirlwind the past few months have been! The past few weeks of Eat Like a Legend being officially out in the world, and your response to it nothing short of phenomenal. We hit #1 in three categories (Easy Cooking, Sports and Training and Celebrity and TV Show Cookbooks) on Amazon. It feels like a combination of achievement and relief, as this journey has been all-consuming, but it's something we’ve worked incredibly hard for. I have nothing but gratitude for your enthusiasm and support throughout the pre-order period and beyond.
Your feedback is gold. Hearing from so many of you who have been cooking recipes from the book and finding them perfect for your specific needs has been the highlight of my days. Whether you’re fueling up for a marathon, looking for a healthy weeknight dinner, or simply wanting to cook something delicious and nutritious, your feedback tells me that Eat Like a Legend is hitting the mark.
And about the nutritional information... I hear you. Trust me, I wanted to include nutritional information for each recipe too, but we had to respect my publisher’s legal guidelines. That said, there’s no way I can leave you hanging! The team and I are putting together an ebook with nutritional info for every single recipe in Eat Like a Legend, which will be coming soon to my website for free download. I’ll keep you posted.

Hyrox NYC: What a Vibe!
Hyrox NYC was an absolute vibe! I’m stoked to have brought Centr and Hyrox together. This event really tests your ability to hold a zone 4 heart rate—intense, sweaty, and ridiculously fun. Full recap coming to my YouTube channel tomorrow!
Manhattan Marathon: Running with the Homies
We had a big running week gearing up for Leadville. First, a lap around Manhattan—huge shoutout to all the homies who joined! Events like these teach your body to handle the food and fuel. Highly recommend the lap, and yes, I made it to my book signing on time!
BPN 50 Mile: Survive the Night Challenge
Over the weekend, we did the BPN 50 Mile Survive the Night Challenge, progressively adding more mileage and pushing my limits. And believe it or not, I managed to squat the day after!
These events aren’t just physical challenges—they’re about learning, growing, and adding value to our lives. So, keep pushing your limits, mate! And as always, I’ll be cheering you on and helping you eat, perform and live like a legend.
